There are quite a few incompetent staff working there. I suspect their integrety. They seem to change prescription at will. There is one prescription my husband tried to pick up for me, it was a three month supply-- but he did not have a coupon -- copay 135. Then I went to pick up, it was changed one month supply and the coupon which was used at last prescription which lasts for a year, she did not know how to apply.
They would not bother to call the doctor for more since it is not enough for a three month refill, they just make you go many times for a simple refill.
Never want to there any more!
